Your player account profile details must be verified in order for transactions to be completed. Please ensure that you have entered your correct legal name, full address, and date of birth in order to ensure completion of your purchase.
Your credit card details must be entered correctly as well, or resulting attempts at purchases will not be validated.
If you are using an iOS mobile device, all purchases made via the Apple version of FoxwoodsONLINE use the payment method assigned to your iTunes Account. If you have any questions or are experiencing problems, please contact the App Store directly.
If you are using an Android mobile device, all purchases made via the Android version of FoxwoodsONLINE use the payment method assigned to your Google Play Account. If you have any questions or are experiencing problems, please contact the Google Play directly.
FoxwoodsONLINE has no control over iTunes or Google Play purchases. After contacting the App Store, if you wish to submit a request to us regarding your purchase that does NOT involve your payment method, please provide the following:
- Date
- Amount in question
- The transaction ID or a copy of the transaction e-mail.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT send any credit card information via e-mail or customer support tickets to FoxwoodsONLINE Customer Support.
